Murray Hill, 26th Street Between Third and Lexington Avenues

Mary Sargent © 2006

And now for something completely different. This is 26th Street between Third Avenue and Park Avenue South. Sometimes you can hardly believe what's in front of your eyes. This one may be more to marvel at than to actually love, though. The reflections at the bottom are in the car top I was leaning against.

I love this pic. I love the pastel colors on the buildings and also love the reflection of the buildings from the car. Another one of your great shots.

Mary, this is my absolute favorite of all on your blog thus far. I second and third what flyinglady and shena said. Really wonderful, evocative photo (I finally understood I could enlarge them to full-screen size; girl, am I slow or what?).

This is really spectacular. It made me think of Venice - the car reflection a dark canal.
