SoHo, West Broadway Between Prince and Houston Streets

This is the sight that caused us to haul our cameras out. Not just the sculpture based on the famous 1932 photo, but the crazy pink wall they're facing. For more information about the sculpture and sculptor go here.

You say you want to see the front? Okay, here's a partial view.

See map.

What a wonderful art installation. I'm fromt hinterlands, as you can see, and didn't know about this row of statues. But now I do, thanks to you.

Interesting sculpture -- I think I saw something of it before on one of the other NY photoblogs so it is nice to come across it again.

These (photos) are getting better and better (how doyoudo it?). I'm from around here but was also unaware of this sculpture and will now look into it. Also, how'd you get a photo of me, in a dress yet? And I was not aware of being in Soho that day. I guess I was, though.

On second look, I only wish I looked like that (young).
