This is Ericsson Place on the other side, the north side. I’m beginning to wonder if I got this right; there seems to be too much going on for one little one-block street. Next time I’m down there, I’ll double check. In the meantime, here’s the last Ericsson Place shot. I have to laugh every time I look at it. But you won't think it's funny unless you enlarge it. Just click

And this is an update of the map posted at the beginning of this blog, which shows (the update shows) the barely detectable changes since I renewed my ambition. No matter. I have time.

Tribeca, Ericsson Place

Turning west onto Ericsson, I ran into clumps of people looking like they’re focused on one thing: The Subway. Isn’t this a strange shot? Isn’t that probably the most ridiculous door in all of New York? For that building, I mean. And the green light? And those two people, looking like they’re walking in a trough. I must say, I really love it.
Ericsson Place, by the way, is one block long. If I’m reading my map correctly, it inserts itself into Beach Street, which can hardly spare the space, it being only one very short block on either side. Don’t glaze over; this is important!
