Now we're in Spanish Harlem which is part of East Harlem. Boundaries are 96th Street to 125th Street, Park Avenue to East River. All I can say is somewhere in Spanish Harlem is a genius colorist who put those two colors together.

Love the two colors together. The red street sign is a nice addition. The two bonus pictures are at least as appealing as this one.
I like the snow & the sun. Looks like it should be the middle of July, but there's this deceptive little mound of white stuff in the middle of the shot.
