This was as far as I got – the corner of 218th Street. Just to the left is the new Twin Donut Plus, with its industrial-looking fenced in area, which I've seen referred to as a cute patio.

There's an article in the Manhattan Times from March 2009 titled "New Life for Lonely Stretch of Broadway" which notes the number of new businesses on these last few blocks of Broadway (in Manhattan), dubbing the area "Inwood North". Elsewhere a real estate agent is said to consider this Inwood's Central Park West.
You can look at Google map to see what this corner looked like before Twin Donut Plus went up. Yes, it looks better now. But Central Park West it ain't.
