Yes, I do see the two.
Today everyone is down on "developers", but it was developers who built most of Manhattan; witness the two identical buildings here and two others that are nearly the same. And look at many, many blocks where the 4 or 5 story buildings are identical or nearly so. They didn't just happen...
People don't want to get rid of developers; they just want them to act right.
